AL-2 Belt Filter

AL-2 Belt Filter is a leading belt filter on the market. Many years of experience and development have optimized efficiency and high applicability as well as operational reliability.

Liquid with particles is passed through the filter and particles larger than the selected filter will remain on the filter. The filter starts and stops automatically depending on the amount of particles. The particles are lifted out of the water and dewatered before being removed from the filter. Mechanical filtration ranges from 40 μ to 5000 μ (0.04 mm to 5.00 mm). It provides wide applicability for many different purposes. The belt filters are endless and efficiently cleaned, this ensures constant optimum operation with a long service life.

Automatic cleaning of the filter provides continuous and efficient filtering. The belt filter is periodically spray cleaned with water. Combined with static scrapers and optional rotary scrapers or rotary brushes allow for optimum cleaning.

AL-2 Teknik A/S carries a large stock of components and spares. This allows us to dispatch parts very quickly to our customers when required giving that added peace of mind.

AL-2 Belt Filter has many advantages:

  • Compact with internal drum motor
  • Continuous operation with endless belt
  • Interval operation for build-up of filtered material
  • Gentle removal of particles and impurities
  • Combined filtration and dewatering
  • Automatic cleaning of the belt
  • High level of reliability
  • Low noise level
  • Automation with level sensors, flow meters and PLC control

Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316 supplemented with plastic parts provide a product that is resistant in most environments.

AL-2 Belt Filters is an important element in the AL-2 Separation Systems.

AL-2 FILTER TANKS OR BUILD IN

AL-2 Belt Filter can be supplied in a filter tank according to customer-specific requirements. filter tanks can be manufactured in either stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316 or in plastic polyethylene or polypropylene. Alternatively, concrete structures can be constructed according to AL-2 specifications.
